At Publi-zeppelines we are manufacturers and specialise in the production of blimps, zeppelins and all types of helium inflatables. We produce Zeppelins of 3, 4, 5 and 6 metres in length or any other size.

CUSTOMISE YOUR BLIMP
As far as decoration is concerned, zeppelins can be printed with vinyl or a banner, so we can change the message whenever we want.
If you want to keep the same decoration, we recommend painting or digital printing, depending on the complexity of the decoration. To paint it we will use special flexible paint that will make your zeppelin look impeccable, as this paint does not peel or flake and has anti-UVA protection.
All our zeppelins include:
- Polyurethane zeppelin body decorated or undecorated.
- 3 or 4 tail fins depending on size.
- Harness for mooring and 25 metres of rope.
- Instruction manual.
- Repair kit.
- Lighting kit (optional)
* The colour of the zeppelin and fins can be chosen at no extra cost from the range of colours available.
LIGHTING

The lighting kit includes:
- Bracket with adapter and cable (25 metres).
- 300W lamp or led system.
DOUBLE BODY ZEPPELINS FOR OUTDOOR USE OR 100% PRINTING
When the inflatable is going to fly outdoors, we recommend those with a double nylon body. We also recommend this option when the corporate colour is very specific or when you want to make a very original design that requires total printing.
What we do in these cases is to manufacture another body, but made of nylon, introducing the polyurethane zeppelin inside the nylon one. This way the inflatable is much more resistant and we can print by sublimation, personalising your zeppelin with the highest quality.
The double body zeppelin includes
- An inner body made of polyurethane.
- A nylon outer body to give strength to the whole.
- Harness for mooring and 25 metres of rope.
- Instruction manual.
- Repair kit in case of puncture.
- 4 tail fins (choice of colour at no extra cost).
- Lighting kit (optional).

At Publi-zeppelines we manufacture our zeppelines in Polyurethane for the following reasons:
- Elasticity
- Lightness
- Maximum product quality
By using polyurethane we achieve a high lifting capacity with only a few cubic metres of helium. It combines lightness and flexibility and also has a great capacity to retain helium.
However, PVC is the material most commonly used in the manufacture of advertising inflatables in most companies. The PVC film used for the manufacture of helium inflatables is of high quality, with good resistance and minimal porosity but it is NOT the most recommended material for the production of a helium inflatable advertising inflatable because of the above mentioned.
However, if the client wants a PVC inflatable for any reason, we can do it without any problem.
